Their business model relies on "low premiums" and high transparency, catering to serious investors who demand security and authenticity.
Their primary goal was to establish immediate digital trust and automate price updates to compete with established national mints.
Entering the bullion market is difficult. Trust is the currency, and as a new player, Gold Secure had none. Their initial digital presence was static and lacked the sophisticated "live market data" that serious investors expect.
