- Initial Deposit: Non-refundable once work has commenced (typically
50% of the total project cost).
- Project Delays: If delays are caused by the client (e.g., lack of
content, feedback), no refund will be provided.
- Cancellation Before Work Starts: A full refund may be granted if
the project is cancelled within 48 hours of payment and work has
not commenced.
SEO, Google Ads, and Marketing Services
- These services are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable
once the month has begun.
- If you wish to cancel, we require 7 days’ written notice before
your next billing cycle.
- No partial month refunds are issued once the campaign is live.
Cancellations
Clients may cancel ongoing services (SEO, PPC, hosting, maintenance) by providing
written notice via email to info@logicsofts.co.uk.
Any outstanding payments for completed work must be settled before the cancellation takes
effect.
Non-Delivery or Errors
In the rare case where we fail to deliver the agreed scope of work:
- You may be eligible for a partial refund, or we will revise the
work at no extra cost.
- All such claims must be made within 7 days of final project
delivery or campaign start.
Hosting & Domain Services
- Hosting and domain registrations are handled via third-party providers and are
non-refundable.
- If Logicsofts manages your hosting, cancellation must be requested 14
days prior to the renewal date.
