What you pay for is the quality of the build, the copywriting, the SEO, and the support after launch.
How long does it take to build a one page website? +
Our standard delivery is 7 to 14 days from the signed contract and content handover. The Pro tier includes priority 7-day delivery. Delays usually come from the client side (waiting on logos, photos or copy approvals), not the build itself.
Will a one page website rank on Google? +
Yes — for the right keywords. A one page site won't outrank a 200-page competitor on every term, but for local single-service searches ("emergency plumber Reading", "wedding photographer Oxford") a properly built one page site can rank on page 1 within 60 to 90 days. The Starter Care plan at £49/month annual (£65 rolling) covers UK hosting on green servers, weekly backups, basic plugin updates, and per-ticket support. The Care plan at £89/month annual (£118 rolling) adds monthly updates, a 24-hour response SLA, and a monthly performance report. The Growth Care plan at £149/month annual (£198 rolling) adds content updates and basic SEO monitoring.

Yes. Logicsofts Solutions Ltd is registered with Companies House (number 07635139), VAT registered (GB 195 5490 67), and based at 211 Basingstoke Road, Reading, RG2 0HX. Our director (Abhay Khurana) is UK-based. Our delivery and development team is in India — that's how we keep prices below UK-only agencies without lowering quality.
What happens if I want to leave? +
Hosting and care plans are rolling monthly after the 3-month minimum. Cancel any time with 30 days written notice. No exit fee, no penalty, no clawback of work already delivered. The website itself transfers to your full ownership once final payment is received. We'll provide all logins, files, and an export of the site.

Yes — every site we build is mobile-first responsive. We test on real phones and tablets before launch, not just on a developer's screen. Page speed is targeted at under 2.5 seconds Largest Contentful Paint on 4G, measured on Google PageSpeed Insights.
Do you offer a refund if I'm not happy? +
Our standard contract is 50% upfront to start the project, 50% before launch. Once design work has begun, the deposit and completed work are non-refundable — that protects both sides. What we do offer instead is the free audit before you sign, and a 14-day tweak window after launch where we refine the site based on your feedback and real visitor behaviour. The audit-first model means we very rarely take on a project that doesn't fit.
